Safety

Design is performed in order to minimize manpower and manual work on site. Consequently during site execution:

• most of the elements are prefab and installed with mechanism according to internal safety procedure (secured perimeter, checking of the mechanisms, safety instructions and education given to the workers...).
• All monolith parts are cast with formwork having all safety equipment as ladders, platform...
• All facade work is performed with hydraulic platform

One safety engineer is full time on site to verify respect of safety rules.

Each supervisor received safety education.

Each employee of West Construction has a contract including:

• Safety requirement
• Special clauses specifying penalties and possible dismissal in case of non-respect of internal instructions.
